Valley West School will be lifting it's mask mandate

as of February 28, 2022.

PLEASE NOTE:

Valley West School will be adopting a new cell phone policy that will go into effect at the start of our summer program this year.  Cell phones will no longer be allowed to be carried by students during the school day.

Students will be required to hand in their cell phone to a staff member when they arrive to school, and they will be stored in a secure location during the school day.  At the end of the school day, they will be returned to the student.  If students decide to leave cell phones at home, we may ask parents to confirm this fact to school staff.  We would greatly appreciate your support as we adopt this new policy moving forward at Valley West School.

If you need to reach your child while they are at school for any reason, please feel free to call the school directly at 413-592-6069, and we will relay any messages you may have, or provide an opportunity for you to speak to them.

If you have specific questions about this policy, please contact your child’s program coordinator directly.  (High School-John Rahilly, Middle School-Kevin Foley, Elementary-Brian Garon)

Thank you for your support with this matter.
